Today I put Christmas away. I listened to an Anne Perry book which was a Christmas story about self-forgiveness, friendship and gratitude. I am grateful that I was not a citizen in England during the 1800's because I probably would have been a downstairs maid or scullery slave or something like that. And if I had been in society I would probably have a nervous breakdown trying to follow the mores of the era and not disgrace myself. No thank you, the twenty-first century is hard enough for me.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to work on any crafts. But there is always tomorrow. God Bless!
Anne Perry is also one of my favourite author...with Agata Christie :o)
