It's been a stressful week, but today I awoke light-hearted and optimistic and that's the best way to feel, in my humble opinion. So I worked on my Kay Mackenzie design, "Lollipop Grove" and finished the quilt top. I added the little AccuQuilt dog and just love him. I need to get the cat die. My sun could look better, but it's fine. I'm going to move on to making blocks for all of the QAL's I've joined. I hope your Saturday is as nice as mine has been.
God Bless.
That little dog looks like a spaniel to me :-) IT IS A SPANIEL :-) and look at the beautiful pic of Moxie :-) X X X
ReplyDeleteKeep well my friend X X X
Love your Lollipop Grove and the little dog you added to it. Very cute. I think Kay would like it too!
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear your week has been stressful. Sending you positive thoughts and wishes. Hope you have a wonderful weekend and things get much, much better this coming week.

I'm sorry you've had a bad week, I hope things have improved now. I love your quilt, and the dog looks perfectly at home there.
ReplyDeleteSometimes I believe God made quilts to cheer those of us up who make them. Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely design, and yes, that little dog is adorable - but you are right that you need to get a cat die too! And Moxie agrees, I think! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't have a clue how to quilt something like that, and look forward to see how you take this one forward.
Hi Joanna! What a fabulous Lollipop Grove you've created! I love that it looks so different from mine. I'm a total dog person, so it's great to see that spaniel enjoying the grove. So glad you jumped into the deep end!
